Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a security assessment, submitting a domain for analysis, or otherwise engaging with SentryTrace services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Scope of Services

SentryTrace provides external attack surface intelligence services, including but not limited to:

Passive and active reconnaissance of publicly accessible infrastructure
Subdomain enumeration, service fingerprinting, and API discovery
Credential exposure monitoring across public sources
Manual security validation and risk reporting
Continuous external monitoring with change detection

Important: All reconnaissance performed by SentryTrace is strictly limited to publicly accessible infrastructure. We do not perform intrusive testing, exploit vulnerabilities, or access internal systems without explicit written authorization.

Client Responsibilities

By submitting a domain for assessment, you represent and warrant that:

You are authorized to request a security assessment of the submitted domain and associated infrastructure
You are the domain owner or have explicit written authorization from the domain owner
You will use the findings exclusively for legitimate security improvement purposes
You will not use SentryTrace reports to harm, attack, or exploit any party

SentryTrace reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if we have reasonable grounds to believe these conditions are not met.

Confidentiality

All findings, reports, and communications delivered by SentryTrace are confidential and intended solely for the authorized recipient. You agree not to share, publish, or distribute report contents without prior written consent from SentryTrace, except as necessary for internal remediation purposes.

Intellectual Property

All methodologies, tooling, report templates, and analytical frameworks used by SentryTrace remain the exclusive intellectual property of SentryTrace. The findings and reports produced for your domain are licensed to you for internal use only.

Limitation of Liability

SentryTrace provides intelligence based on publicly observable data at the time of assessment. We do not guarantee the completeness of findings and are not liable for security incidents arising from vulnerabilities not identified in our reports. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

Modifications

SentryTrace reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
